Pre-registration Appointment: Call (512) 816-7229 to schedule a Pre-Admission Appointment. At this appointment, you will meet directly with a nurse who will review your prenatals, answer questions, and go over some unit information. The appointment also includes a brief tour of the Labor and Delivery Unit.

St. David’s South Austin Medical Center is now able to provide Live Virtual Tours to expectant moms at South Austin Medical Center! Patients can just call up to SAMC L&D at (512) 816-7229 to schedule as they wish.

SDH is currently offering the Reality Childbirth class as the online version, using InJoy Education: Understanding Birth. For all our other classes (except Infant & Child CPR) we are offering them as WebEx classes. Please visit www.stdavids.com/birthandbeyond to find class dates and times that work best with your schedules. Once you register and pay for class by calling the Birth & Beyond office at (512) 544-4226, SDH sends out the WebEx Confirmation Letter!
